My name is Lucie. Originally from Normandy, I have now lived in the Nantes region for around ten years. It was in 2016 that I decided to launch the site Envie2Maigrir.com, which would become CheckFood at the end of 2020. I admit that I didn’t really believe in it. Accompanied by my husband in this adventure, I initially gave the site a strong “Weight loss” orientation, hence its name. Over the years and with the affirmation of my knowledge, “my little blog” becomes bigger and opens up to nutrition in a more global way.

Jade Fontaine, qualified dietitian-nutritionist. My passion for dietetics as well as for the human contact of the profession led me to offer my services as a freelancer.
